Charles McClendon, Jr. is the President and Senior Business Solutions Development Consultant for No Ceilings, LLC. McClendon consults with a variety of organizations to help them align, value, and appreciate the strengths and potential of their employees at every level of the enterprise. His greatest strengths are his ability to inspire audiences to a higher sense of self-awareness and commitment to action, identify and leverage talents of leaders by aligning them to desired business results, and provide effective communication strategies that will develop synergetic relationships within teams and enhance the vital value creation connections between employees, managers, and customers.

Since 1991, McClendon has led employee engagement and leadership development initiatives for premier clients in the automotive, government, retail, healthcare, education, and hospitality industries. Many of these interventions involved executive performance coaching, customized leadership and management development seminars, and facilitated value creation mentoring experiences for managers and their employees. Working with an organization for a minimum of 250 hours, all of his clients experienced at least a 12% average increase in per person productivity, sales, and customer/patient satisfaction.

Over the past two years, McClendon has been heavily involved in the state of Nebraska's Job Creation Project, which is a program designed to help entrepreneurs across the state of Nebraska grow their net sales and profit so they can continue to hire more citizens within their communities. McClendon was a key team player in the development of a one-year education curriculum and was the keynote speaker for all half-day workshops for over 150 small businesses in 2011. He was also a lead consultant for over forty mentors who worked directly with these small businesses to apply the tools, research data, and concepts that were communicated in the workshops. In less than one year, many of the entrepreneurs from this program have reported significant increases in sales, customer satisfaction, referrals, and profits. This had led to more jobs for citizens in the state of Nebraska.

Since 2003, McClendon has spent over 200 hours per year developing and facilitating a strengths career-advising initiative for a college fund foundation in NYC, NY. McClendon consults with over 100 students per year helping them build on their personal brand and develop career growth plans as they prepare to meet with Fortune 500 companies for job opportunities and internships. He also builds bridges between star students and strong leaders and managers in client organizations who are passionate about developing students entering the business world. McClendon also delivers an annual keynote address to over 700 students and faculty on leadership and strengths application. McClendon has been successful in recruiting new companies to hire talented students while star scholars have reported high job satisfaction and achievement of success goals toward achieving their career growth plans.

McClendon received his bachelor's degree in finance and psychology and his MBA, with a focus in Executive Leadership, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
