The purpose of L.E.G.A.C.Y is to lead your organization in recruiting, selecting, and providing an on-boarding experience for high potential candidates from all ethnic backgrounds. The Partnership and Its Benefits:

L.E.G.A.C.Y is a three-year partnership between your organization and No Ceilings, LLC. No Ceilings will discover your personnel needs, understand your company culture and customer expectations, and interview top performers and key leaders in your organization to ascertain workplace goals, successes, challenges, and behaviors that are driving your organization's performance.

No Ceilings has strong relationships with student associations that give us access to students around the country, including high school, undergraduate, and graduate populations. No Ceilings currently facilitates personal branding and business professionalism programs with these students to develop Impact Resumes, Growth Plans, and their strengths and weaknesses. We also provide 1:1 coaching experiences, which enhance self-efficacy, communication and life skills, and leadership growth for our students. No Ceilings knows these students' passions, dreams, talents, and career aspirations.

No Ceilings, LLC will recruit, select, and provide The L.E.G.A.C.Y On-Boarding Experience for ten to fifteen new hires per year over the next three years. We will find the right candidates for your organization by leveraging our partnerships and using your company's current employee selection system for your specific career opportunities to be consistent. No Ceilings has successful experiences in developing talent selection tools that measure the behaviors that drive key performance indicators and can work as a partner in refining your current recruiting and selection initiatives if desired.

No Ceilings knows the importance of career fit and career engagement. We will develop a customized L.E.G.A.C.Y On-Boarding Experience that focuses on developing new employees' engagement, performance, and retention in your organization. Although this program will be customized based on your company culture, environment, and resources, the foundation of the L.E.G.A.C.Y program includes the following:

  1. Four In-Person Half-Day Seminars over one year with each cohort (10-15 employees per year). L.E.G.A.C.Y topics include but are not limited to:
    • Love: Self-Awareness focused on identifying your talents, purpose, and communicating it effectively.
    • Energy & Ethics: Your hustle and reputation is always your competitive edge.
    • Growth over Complacency: Growth leads to engagement; complacency leads to disengagement.
    • Association: Networking, appreciation, mentoring, & trust are the keys to developing great teams.
    • Courage over Fear: Courageous acts free us where fear can imprison us.
    • Your Readiness: Presentation and communication skills, vision, and leadership development.

  2. Four one-on-one performance coaching sessions with each new employee recruited and hired through The L.E.G.A.C.Y Experience.

  3. Three annual feedback meetings with key partners and managers to monitor and evaluate employees' performance and L.E.G.A.C.Y.'s impact on your company's culture and growth over three years of time.
